Cancellation on Business Days:
All appointment cancellations must be made on business days. We kindly request you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. (example: An 11am appointment on a Monday must be cancelled by 11am on the Friday before to avoid the Cancellation Fee. We require notice in the form of an email, text or voicemail.
No Exceptions
To maintain consistency and fairness to all clients, we will not be able to make exceptions to this policy. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Payment Before Next Appointment:
We require that any outstanding payments be settled in full before your next appointment. Failure to make payment will result in cancellation of your upcoming appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: fees for missed appointments or late cancellations cannot be billed to your health insurance provider. Insurance fraud can come in many different shapes and sizes, and this is one of them! Any receipts that you receive for a late cancellation or missed appointment fee will clearly state that the amount paid is for a "no show" fee. Don't jeopardize those beloved benefits!
