"I typically choose my additional courses based on what I see happening with my patients. If I notice a handful of them are dealing with certain conditions or symptoms that I'm not as knowledgeable with, I make it a point to dig deeper and learn more about those areas. "
Outside of work she love the outdoors — camping, hiking, fishing, exploring, you name it! Being closer to nature is one of the main reasons that brought her to Kamloops 5 years ago. She is also a trained dancer, and still finds time to be in the studio today. Sadie is a Mom to a sweet, energetic, charismatic little boy and loves every crazy second of it!

Kristina has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist for over 15 years. She has always had a passion for helping people and an interest in massage therapy.
Health and fitness are very important to her, and she believes that staying active, eating healthy, and reducing stress can play a huge part in our longevity and overall well-being. In her practice, she uses both relaxing and therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and passive stretching. She caters to individual needs and specific treatments. Sometimes, a deep tissue treatment may be warranted, while other times, one simply needs to take a moment to destress from their regular day.
Kristina is originally from Ottawa, Ontario, where she grew up playing a number of sports, swimming, boating, and fishing. She has discovered a love for gardening, cooking, and food and can often be seen at the gym, doing Pilates, hiking, browsing farmers markets, or enjoying coffee at a local café.
In 2011, she drove across Canada from Ottawa to beautiful BC, packing her truck and trailer with a strong sense of adventure. She has since relocated from the Lower Mainland to Kamloops a few years ago and is happy to be part of this community. She looks forward to making new friends and welcoming new people at the clinic as she continues to explore the area further.

Wendy has been an RMT since 1993 and has a background as an equestrian, cyclist, hiker and paddler. Before becoming an RMT Wendy completed a BA in geography that included physical anthropology, archaeology and kinesiology education which influences her RMT work.
Wendy uses a diverse range of techniques from the ultra gentle but deeply effective and wholistic osteopathic techniques to very deep and specific neuromuscular and myofascial work.
As an RMT she has devoted post graduate studies to cranial osteopathy and cranio-sacral, neuromuscular and trigger point therapy, myofascial release and visceral (osteopathic) manual techniques. She supports this work with patient education in strength training, stretching techniques and body-mind-movement therapies (yoga, alexander, feldenkrais techniques). Wendy has studied t’ai chi and qi gong with Ken Cohen and Osman Phillips for many years and is a student of culturally- and trauma-informed practice. Wendy has a diverse practice but deeply enjoys the challenges of work with severe, acute and complex pain, post-surgical recovery, scar treatment and women’s health (pelvic floor, bladder, c-section scars, post-surgical pain/issues, complex pain) for which some of the osteopathic techniques she uses are invaluable.
When Wendy is not working she may be found playing in the outdoors, or playing with clay (or both)! She has designed and built her own deep green home and also worked in energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainability.
The treatment plan is always designed with you, your goals and your lifestyle in mind. I meet you where you are and I will always give you my honest professional opinion and options for treatments, so you can choose – how comfortable or not, how therapeutic/rapidly effective, how much home/self care you want or don’t want to do. Your feedback is an essential part of the process. I am honoured and happy to assist you on your health journey.
